PATNA: Bizarre fad of a youth from Bihar’s Khagaria district to make reels while displaying arms and puffing out cigarette smoke landed him in jail.

In a video which has gone viral on social media, the youth, identified as Ayush Paswan, 20, could be seen riding a horse while displaying arms in right hand and holding a cigarette in another.
The youth is frequently seen puffing out smoke from his mouth at a public place.

It seems the video was shot by some others, police said.
Reports said the youth made the video last week and later posted it to social media which has now gone viral, drawing the attention of the police department.
Taking a serious note of the video, the police launched a manhunt for him and ultimately arrested him.
The accused who hails from Madarpur village under Maheshkhunt police station has been forwarded to jail.
“Soon after getting the video, we launched an investigation into the matter. The youth has been arrested since he was displaying illegal arms in his hand,” Maheshkhunt station house officer Neeraj Kumar said over phone on Tuesday adding the accused had been sent to jail.
On October 15, a youth from Chhapra landed on hospital bed after he came in contact with overhead live wires while making reels after standing on the roof of a goods train.
Soon after getting electric shock, he fell on the tracks as the railway staff rushed him to a local hospital for treatment.
Prior to that, a young woman police sub-inspector posted in Munger district landed in soup for getting overactive on social media with the department taking a serious note of her activities.

On being warned of serious action, the trainee cop hurriedly deleted her Instagram account where she had 6.38 lakh followers.
