A pro-Palestine activist tossed dozens of live mice into a Birmingham McDonald’s causing panic among the customers, Daily Mail reported.
Wearing what appeared to be a Palestinian flag as a head covering, the man entered the Star City McDonald’s and tossed painted mice, colored in the Palestinian flag’s shades of red, green, white, and black.
Upon spotting the mice on the floor, two women who were in the process of ordering at a self-service kiosk reacted with shock, jumping and screaming in surprise, reported Daily Mail.
Before driving away in his car, the activist repeatedly yelled: ‘Free f***ing Palestine’, ‘Boycott Israel’ and ‘F*** Israel’.
Images circulated on the internet seemed to show the spray-painted animals inside different plastic containers.

The video was captioned: ‘Targeted boycott. The Big Three. Start by boycotting these brands that are directly involved in supporting the Israeli apartheid.’
McDonald’s has verified that several of the animals were released and assured that they have been successfully removed.
It said in a statement: ‘Following the removal of the mice, the restaurant has been fully sanitised and our pest control partners have been called out to conduct a full inspection.’
A significant number of pro-Palestine activists have been urging people to boycott prominent brands that are either still operating in or supporting Israel.
Companies such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Nike, and several others have faced public condemnation from activists worldwide.
The protests have coincided with clashes between law enforcement and demonstrators in London for the second consecutive weekend, following a massive gathering of nearly 500,000 individuals demanding a ceasefire.
Over 1,000 Metropolitan Police officers were present at the demonstration, where protestors ignited fireworks and released red and green flares, Daily Mail reported.
